hi my rottweiler always runs loose, I don't even have a leash. He is well trained. He stops at every corner, he avoids people (surtenly the ones who call him), if he sees another dog before me he just stops and waits 'till I'm with him so I can judge who or what the other dog is and wants. He doesn't always get along with other dogs but one word of me and he is right away very calm and still. People who are normally scared of dags adore mine, everybody knows him in this little village somewhere in Belgium, I think it's just how you raised him and with who.
You are a fool and if you cared for your Rott you would never put him at risk. No matter how much you want to fool yourself, you are never in "control". I feel bad for your dog.
